Hye there, since I have told you before about my experience in Jom Kurus, this is is the second chapter for it.

So, for this chapter, I will be sharing with you guys about the second week of the program. We start with a talk in Healthy lifestyle where the dietitian taught us on how to count the calorie needed for each of every person. Plus a lesson on counting the calorie contribute by the food. As for this session, the scariest part is to know that we can just eat up to 3 piece of Durian to stay in a good shape. ERRKKKK!!!!!
Before the class started, we are push to run for 45 minute on the track. I managed to get the least amount of 5. Clap clap clap.....Semput weh!

Then, for the next day, Sunday - we went for hiking in FRIM. It is quite challenging for me. The most miserable hiking experience for me. I need to admit that I lose most of my stamina due to my laziness & fatness. HUH.
A group photo is a must remember. Though not all of us are here in the picture, but I do really treasure the moment with them.
