Well this story starts when me myself are getting sick with my figure and worried about the health. Therefore, I took a step to create a better future. I assigned myself with Jom Kurus 1 Malaysia (JK1M) under Kevin Zahri. With only RM300, I can have my own trainer, ebooks and etc. At first, they will ask you to choose which zone that you prefer. Bangi is my choice since I lived here but just to let you guys know one secrets, Kajang also seems to be in my eyes during that times because they have a girls and the girls itself have had the experience being obese. And thanks to Allah, my final decision is choosing Bangi. Oh ya! This is their 5th season right now so grab the opportunity to change.
